US minutes released on Wednesday indicated willingness to taper bond buying program by end of the year. Tapering of assets not a precursor to rate hike, the minutes observed. There was no consensus among officials over improvement in employment and inflation seen. Fed members have kept a goal of “substantial improvement” for parameters like employment and inflation.
