The markets are now rejoicing on Wall Street, even though this was not expected and is, in fact, the opposite of what was supposed to happen.
The reason for markets doing well in the U.S for the second consecutive day can be attributed to the fact that an agreement can be reached onto between the White House and the Democrats, says Peter Cardillo. Dow Jones is up by 100 points in trade.
